Van Gogh is Bipolar a Dreamy Place for a 3-Course Meal

Bipolar Disorder, not a curse but a gift.

This is how Jethro Rafael took his condition and out of this he made his own asylum, his brainchild Van Gogh is Bipolar, where many wants to come in and try the most satisfying sparkler dishes.

When I visited his home/ restaurant, there is this vibe of artistry, emotions, a totally different cosmos located  inside Teacher's Village in Quezon City.

Dreamy lighted room to different kinds of knick-knacks that put details in his den took me to a different place....

So are you ready... ?

Take off your Shoes as you enter Van Gogh is Bipolar

Chndeliers, lamps and small lights stimulates the dreamy feeling all over the place

Everything is sepia in this corner where different old teapots arranged in a beautiful-mess

The washroom just took my breathe away! It was like some entity will tell a story on a minute stay

But more than the ambiance that took me to the extraordinaire madness, the food that was served was something to glorify...

Jethro, himself, cooks for his 12 guests in a night and passionately tells to them every benefits of his dishes in ones mood...

So are you ready?

I had my 3-Course ( costs 666php)  meal for that night. And over the Chill Meal (Meat-based meal), I chose the Happy Meal  (fish-based meal) and here are they

This is the Virginia Woolf’s tears. Amazing name for an amazing soup!

The Happy Meal (Gindara Fish served with brown Rice)

Mel Gibson’s Darkest Sin.

Every bite was amazing and addicting. You can totally feel that you were relaxed and instantly happy not just because the food itself has something to do with your emotion but it was just it was great and pleasing to the palette.

No Magic Just great cookings! Kudos Jethro!

Including also to my masterly-done meal is this refreshing and happy-hormones stimulator drink...

Courtney Love Potion
It was a concoction of different fresh fruits that I just cant singularize, but it was over-all raw and virginal in a glass that gives you this fresh feeling...

After the meal and I was able to go home, with the feeling like I came out from a massage parlor. I was too sleepy, which I do not usually feel on the ordinary. I do not know if it has something to do with all the talking and mingling to the great guests that night and with Jethro, but definitely I had a goodnight sleep that I never had in the couple of months...

So in case you are Craving For Something different kind of dining experience, Van Gogh is Bipolar might the place for you!
